Tony - added 12/17/06

Tony has been working out for many years, and now he's over 50, he finds that not only does he look better, he feels better. He recently had surgery and has been unable to work his abs, but otherwise his shoulders, chest, lats and legs are better than ever!



Craig 4 - added 12/07/06

Craig flexes for us with a mirror right behind him so we can see his muscle in front and in back at once. There's some great posing here including plenty of biceps.



Joey 4 - added 11/30/06

Joey is just a few days out from his next contest, and looking big! Even when dieting down, he keeps his size and his incredible physique.



Thomas Michael - added 11/19/06

Thomas Michael didn't look that muscular at first - but once he got going, wow! I guess it's all in the genes but when this guy flexes his arms, shoulders, chest and back, suddenly he's huge.



Mark 3 - added 11/16/06

Mark shows some exercises with resistance bands and tells us what body part each is for. Notice his thighs - obviously dashing up hills is very good for building some muscle!



Craig 3 - added 11/05/06

Craig looks big and has great overall muscularity in this classic muscle shoot done at the beach! It was a beautiful sunny day in November (gotta love Southern California) so we decided we wanted to do another shoot on the sand while the weather was still warm and Craig had the ultimate bodybuilder look and poses!



Joey 3 - added 10/29/06

Wow, look at that chest! There were women nearby whistling and men asking for muscle building tips when we were done with this part. Joey is incredible with his huge muscular body and the way he draws all eyes during our shoot!



Val 2 - added 10/13/06

Val works out 4 to 5 times per week and has been doing fitness modeling for around 7 months. This is actually his audition video.



Mark 2 - added 09/28/06

Mark has been working out for over 15 years and used to compete in the lightweight class. He's retired from competition but working out is still part of his daily routine and even if he's not huge, he's still very lean and when he pumps and flexes, he's still got it!
